The K&N 14 Inch air filter top and base plates fit any round 14 Inch K&N high-flow air filter for boosting the performance in carbureted race cars, hot rods, muscle cars and pickup trucks. The plates are made from lightweight aluminum with a spun aluminum finish featuring K&N logos embossed on the outer edge of the top plate. The base plate fits carburetors with a 5-1/8 Inch air horn flange and drops the filter 1-1/2 Inches below the carb flange. The drop base design helps to maximize air filter height while still clearing the hood in many custom applications.
