Rubicon Express Control Arm Rebuild Kit

Control Arm Rebuild Kit; For Use With Rubicon Express Control Arms; Large Super Flex Housing 1-1/4 Inch Threaded Coupler With 1 Inch Extension

The Rubicon express super-flex cartridge was originally designed to replace the joints used in our early suspension designs. The large size joint is designed to fit directly into the factory front or rear lower control arm mounting points on the XJ/MJ/ZJ/TJ/WJ chassis. This cartridge uses side races and a unique threaded adjuster nut which allows easy tightening and rebuilding if necessary. Rubicon express ran their jeep speed race Cherokee for a complete season on one set of control arms with super-flex joints, without a single failure. After removal at the end of the season, they felt as tight as the day they were installed. In contrast, factory rubber bushings need to be replaced every race!
