These black oxide coated rod ends offer superior load ratings over carbon steel two piece rod ends and PTFE liner. The PCYM-T is an ideal choice for high misalignment applications with the highest misalignment available in the industry. QA1’s 2 piece economy style rod end, commonly referred to as a mohawk design, has only two components: the ball and the body. The body is swaged around the ball on each side to lock it in, and then loosened. This style is generally very economical and is commonly used in light duty applications.
