It has a 1/3 Horsepower motor (220 Volt AC-60 Hertz) with sealed bearings, heavy-duty switch, thermal overload protection and junction box with carbon vanes and ceramic seal to reduce wear and repair expense. An integral check valve with pressure relief on the outlet reduces pressure drop and improves vertical lift and the mechanical totalizer meter measures with an accuracy of ±1 Percent.
