We recommend splined or double D shafting, as it is a simple and safe method of attaching your steering components. If phasing needs to be slightly adjusted because of a tight spot in a U-Joint, you can easily index or rotate a splined shaft in small increments. We offer 3/4 Inch double D shafts in steel and stainless steel. Splined shafts are available in steel, stainless steel and aluminum. The U-Joint is attached to the shaft using set screws and lock nuts.
