AnzoUSA lighting products are precisely constructed using Computer Aided Design (CAD) and Computer Aided Manufacturing (CAM) technology. Products are tested using 3D testing equipment to ensure precision and accuracy during the research, development, and design of our tooling and molds. AnzoUSA products are SAE and DOT compliant to FMVSS No. 108 and manufactured in our state-of-the-art ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certified factory.
In order to certify resilience and durability of each product, our factory rigorously tests every AnzoUSA lighting product in a Thermo-Hygrometer (temperature and humidity chamber) and a Rain-Resistant Tester. We thoroughly expose all our products to intense photometric testing to assure strict compliance with local, state, federal and international standards. To comply with these safety regulations, AnzoUSA products must pass all quality inspections. Not only are physical inspections done, but other critical physical tests such as Vibration Test, Moisture Test, Dust Test, Corrosion Test, Plastic Optical Material Test, and Heat Test are also performed. Our products go through strict testing for impact strength as well as fresh/salt water and dust/dirt resistance.
AnzoUSA products are manufactured using the most advanced technological methods available. Single, double, and triple-shot injection machines produce our semi-finished products. After undergoing vacuum electroplating or spray-plating process, lens and housings are combined either through a hot press bonding, friction bonding, or automatic spin coater machine.
