The 2015 Mustang is all-new and better than ever, and AIRAID has pulled out all the stops to develop the best Cold Air Intake systems for the 6th generation platform. Building on AIRAIDs extremely popular Cold Air Intakes for the 2.3L EcoBoost and 5.0L GT Mustangs, the new MXP-Series Intake for the 2015 3.7L V6 delivers what performance enthusiasts demand: bolt-on performance and great looks in one complete package. The new AIRAID intake features a specially designed one-piece rota-molded intake box that draws outside air from the factory cold air duct location while having a unique shape that promotes airflow all the way around the filter. The all-new air box design utilizes a lid with a Plexiglas window that adds underhood styling while keeping the filter isolated from hot engine compartment air and allowing the user to keep tabs on filter condition. The massive 1300 Cubic Feet Per Minute air filter is available with traditional oiled filter media in red or SynthaMax dry media in red, blue, or black. All AIRAID filters are washable and reusable while carrying a lifetime warranty. An all-new rota-molded intake tube connects the air box assembly to the throttle body on the engine. Designed to maximize airflow, the 3.7L intake tube provides a smooth, unrestricted path for air to reach the throttle body.
