In testing, this system resulted in gains up to +20 Horsepower and +22 Pound x feet of Torque as measured on our in house dyno. The headers are constructed of 1-5/8 Inch 16-Gauge 409 stainless steel tubing with 3/8 Inch thick flanges to ensure a leak free seal. To eliminate flow blockage 3-to-1 formed collectors are used on the headers to decrease turbulence and increase exhaust velocity for maximum performance. The high-flowing Y-pipe is designed using 48-state legal 400 cell catalytic converters and 2-1/2 Inch mandrel-bent, stainless steel tubing for optimum flow resulting in added Horsepower and Torque. This system is designed to fit as a combo with all components supplied for a hassle-free installation with no modifications necessary. 3-to-1 formed collectors decrease turbulence and increases exhaust velocity. The result is increased Horsepower, Torque and improved throttle response. Tube lengths are optimized for true pulse control technology which improves flow and performance. 3/8 Inch thick flanges prevent warpage to ensure a leak-free seal over the life of the vehicle. This system utilizes 400 Cell Per Aquare Inch 48-state legal catalytic converters for maximum flow. Constructed of mandrel-bent 3 Inch stainless steel piping to reduce back pressure and improve flow. The y-pipe is designed using 2-1/2 Inch stainless steel tubing and utilizes a mitered merge collector to eliminate dead space that can cause turbulence and hinder flow. Constructed out of durable CNC mandrel bent 409 stainless steel tubing for maximum performance, corrosion resistance and strength. High quality OE style flanges and band clamps are used for a complete 360 degree sealing surface. The performance header and y-pipe are designed to be a true bolt on system with no cutting or modifications required.
