AFe developed this sturdy 18 gauge steel wrinkle-black Powder Coated heat shield to attach to the top of the lower half of the factory airbox to provide a hassle-free installation utilizing factory mounting locations. This intake system features a 7 Inch tall conical air filter with five layers of pre-oiled cotton gauze media to provide maximum performance. Its progressive layering allows the filter to flow at high levels even when dirty. This media is perfect for street and/or track use. Pro 5R filters are easily recharged with aFe's POWER CLEANER and blue air filter oil.
