This intake system utilizes an oil free 3-layer media, 5 Inch conical performance air filter with a 4-1/2 Inch flange opening provides greater airflow over stock with provisions for either the smog pump adaptor or an features plug to seal air filter top. One-Piece 3 Inch Mandrel-Bent Wrinkle-Black Powder-Coated aluminum intake tube directs unrestricted airflow from the filter to the turbocharger for more horsepower and torque. Also features are a high quality billet aluminum adaptors for factory smog pump fitting provided for easy installation. Sturdy 18 Gauge Powder-Coated One-Piece Heat Shield blocks performance-robbing engine heat. This heat shield requires no assembly and uses factory mounting locations for fast and easy installation. The 3-angle adaptor is used to speed up the airflow after the air filter for improved performance and throttle response. All clamps, couplings, and hardware are features for hassle-free installation. This is a direct bolt-on kit that requires no cutting or drilling on factory parts.
